Interview (19:32), Something to Do (Metalmix)

The 1990 release of Violator was celebrated in LA when the band held an autograph session at The Wherehouse record store on La Cienega. Over 17,000 fans showed up and nearly caused a riot when the LAPD shut down the session because of rowdy fans pushing on the store windows and throwing rocks. The session became the world's largest autograph session ever held in music history. Since there were only a handful of people out of the 17,000 who actually got autographs from the band, Sire/Reprise, The Wherehouse and KROQ-FM Pasadena issued a promo cassette documenting the event. KROQ distributed the cassettes locally to fans that did not get autographs from the session. The interview portion is narrated by Richard Blade, the longtime DM cheerleader who appears in the movie 101.

It seems "Halo" was to be the fifth single from "Violator", as both US and UK promos exist, as well as the videoclip from Strange Too that appeared on MTV.
